Delivery Areas
Beachman delivers to mainland France, French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), and countries within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us at france@beachman.ca
Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
MOTORCYCLES
- Mainland France: 6 weeks
- European Union: 7 weeks (subject to registration procedures)
OTHER PRODUCTS
- Mainland France: 2 to 5 business days
- European Union: 5 to 10 business days
- Outside the EU: 10 to 20 business days
These delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. They are clearly displayed before order confirmation.
Free shipping is available for orders over €100 within mainland France.
Order Tracking
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. You can track your package directly using the provided link.
Delays and Delivery Issues
In case of unusual delay or damaged package, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at france@beachman.ca. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Undelivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days. After this period, no claims can be made with the carrier.
